Jenny Stilwell Bookshelf - I'm OK, You're OK

I’m OK, You’re OK (Pan Books, 1973)

Old book but brilliant in giving a framework for difficult conversations. It is based on the premise that we all come from a position of either the Child, the Adult or the Parent in our communication with others – or with ‘difficult’ conversations.
It provides practical strategies to convert communication between two people from pear-shaped to rational.
Should be essential reading for anyone who is a manger of people, or a parent!
