Before we start working together you will have a complimentary consultation to discuss your business challenges, and to decide if we would be a good fit to work together.

Once we do start working together, the first session will explore your business challenges, aspirations and goals in detail.

Then I will guide you through the 5-step framework to create your Business Growth Recharge.  I am there to explain, advise, brainstorm and keep you on track.

I do not follow a prescriptive formula and every single client receives individual, custom advice for their specific business.

This is how I work with all my clients – as a trusted advisor working closely with you to help build a better, stronger company that will enable you to have a better life as a result.

Inclusions

  • Business Discovery Review prior to first call
  • Preliminary Session to debrief on review and biggest challenge areas
  • One Session Each Fortnight for up to 90 Minutes (via zoom)
  • Minimum engagement is for 3 Months (in addition to Preliminary Session)
  • Worksheets and Templates for all modules are provided
  • Email and Phone Support between Sessions as required
