However, before we start working together you will have a complimentary consultation to discuss your people and any challenges you are having with attracting new people, and engaging, retaining or refreshing any of your team.

If you’re comfortable that I can help you achieve your outcomes, and we both think we’d enjoy working together (very important!), then we can start.

  • I will customise the Employee Reality Check to fit with any challenges you are facing and the outcomes you want for your business
  • I will interview each member of your team
  • You and I will have discussions all the way through the process as we progress
  • At the end of the process you will receive a set of recommendations and an action plan

After that, I can leave you and your team to get on with it, or I could work with you for a period of time on an advisory basis to make the necessary actions are implemented.
