What do I need to bring?
Whatever you will need to use for the retreat – bring your laptop. All notepads and pens will be provided.

What do I wear?
Relaxed dress code. It will be winter time and cold, so remember to have a few layers!
You may want to bring workout gear for runs or walks around the lake and gardens.

Is there a payment plan?

A deposit of $2500 is required at time of booking,
with the balance payable before May 17th

Can I bring a guest?
Please discuss this request with Jenny.

Are there dietary options?
Yes – everyone will be catered for. On confirmation of your reservation, we will send you a Welcome Kit where you can specify any preferences and we will notify the hotel accordingly.

What if there is a cancellation?
If the retreat needs to be cancelled due to conditions outside our control (such as weather events for example), we will reschedule for another time.

If you need to cancel due to personal circumstances, we will provide a refund of 100% of the fees paid.

If you cancel within 14 days of retreat date, we will be able to provide a 50% refund.
