How do we work together?
Depending on the size of your business and your team, I work 1:1 with the owner or CEO of the company on a consulting or advisory basis. To promote engagement and accountability within your team, it is best if your key people are involved in this process as well.
Every single client receives individual, custom advice for their specific business.
Before we start working together you will have a complimentary consultation to discuss your business opportunities, challenges, and growth goals; we can get to know each other a little; and you can decide if we would be a good fit to work together.
My goal is to help you build a better, stronger company that will enable you to have a better life as a result.
If you’re comfortable that I can help you achieve your outcomes, and we both think we’d enjoy working together (very important!), then we can start.
- I will work with you and your team, as appropriate, to collect information, data and feedback on each of the key steps in the process
- You and I will have discussions all the way through the process as we progress
- We may need a workshop or two along the way, which we will organise so there is minimal disruption on the day-to-day focus for everyone
- We will implement improvements as we go, and make sure the business is streamlined and running more efficiently, with less day-to-day involvement needed from you
After that, I can leave you and your team to get on with it, or I could work with you for a period of time on an advisory basis to be on hand to assist at any point if needed.
