Q: How many members will be in The 7% Club?
A: No more than 12 in any group.
Q: Do you provide refunds?
A: No. Refer to the Guarantee which covers a refund in the first month only if you feel that the program has not delivered any benefit to you. You would need to have done the work and attended the sessions.
Q: Can I schedule my 1:1 Session with Jenny at any time throughout the year?
A: Yes, providing it is at a pre-agreed time with Jenny during business hours.
Q: How are group calls conducted?
A: These are all on zoom, except for the in-person workshop session in Melbourne.
Q: Do all members have similar sized companies and challenges?
A: Yes. Program membership has been designed specifically for companies wanting to grow from 6-figure companies, toward 7 figures.
Q: What if I can’t make the in-person workshop session in Melbourne?
A: It is highly recommended that you plan to attend because of the content and relationship benefits you will receive. We will provide content notes from the session for any member unable to make it.
Q. What if I can’t make the Retreat in July?
A: The Retreat is not included in the program fee – it is an option but you will receive a 15% Member Discount. The content covered in the Retreat is different from what you will cover in the program, so it provides additional benefits and insights. You will also have the opportunity to meet other business owners. If you can’t attend, there will always be the following year!
Q. If I pay in full and don’t complete the program, can I get a refund?
No. In consideration for payment in full you will receive a 10% discount on the program. If you are not committed to business improvement and growth, this program is not for you.
